    - Quiet time is after 10:00 PM. - Make sure you rinse sand in the shower near the pool before entering and showering in the condo. - Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap. - Do not throw toilet paper into the toilet, please. - You smoke and you lose your deposit. On top of that, there is a USD$250.00 fine to cover for the maintenance of eliminating the odor from the unit. - No pets are allowed. - No parties/events are allowed. Mi casa su casa, so enjoy and treat it as such!
