    - This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor. - No pets are allowed in the house. - No parties or events are allowed. - Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside. Extra sand in the unit can cause clogging and would represent an extra charge. - Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can. - Be kind with the AC and eletricity. Use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominiumas there is a $50 cap on electricity on rentals over 1 week. - Upon arrival you will be given a parking plate. Please be aware that it has to be given back upon check out. If lost, the cost is $200. -Mandatory to enjoy at list one sunset at the beach!
