    Quiet time after 10:00 pm Make sure you rinse sand in the shower near the pool before entering and showering in the condo. No glass is allowed in the common areas such as the pool, parking area or green areas. Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap Mi casa su casa, so enjoy and treat it as such! You smoke and you lose your deposit. On top of that, there is a USD$250.00 fine to cover for the maintenance of eliminating the odor from the unit.
