    - This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor. - No pets are allowed in the house. - No parties or events are allowed. - Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside. Extra sand in the unit can cause clogging and would represent an extra charge. - Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can. - Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $100 cap. -Mandatory to enjoy at list one sunset at the beach.
